The story kept me on the edge of my seat but also made me root for the characters' relationship. I wonder how much of that pacing was planned from the start.

I appreciated the realism but also wondered if the technical parts could be overwhelming for some readers. How did others feel about the level of detail?

It created so much tension and emotional depth, but I’m curious whether that was a personal favorite theme or driven by the genre conventions.
