Seeing both sides of the same events made me think about how different people experience the same situation. Did the alternating viewpoints change how others connected with the story?

The mix of poetic moments and narrative was unique and made parts of the book stand out. I'm curious if this approach was planned from the start or evolved during writing.

The story took some time to pick up again after a quieter section. Do others feel this was a deliberate choice to build character or a pacing hiccup?
